We had our first annual GACS Wrestling Camp for kids in grades 2nd-8th this week. It was a huge success, at least in my mind. We had 21 kids most of the week and evenly spread from 2nd-8th grade. Most of the kids are students at GACS but we did have several that were just visiting from other schools to learn the fundamentals of the sport. I can't wait for next year. I had my wrestlers come help teach and drill with the campers. I thought it was invaluable to both the campers and the wrestlers. For the first year I was totally impressed with the amount of kids and their effort.
